WIP Wednesday is Bloody Busy

I have no time for my usual self-doubt. With 2 stories to finish this week, and another 3 that I want to tackle this month, I’m channeling Miss Write and kicking some writerly s4!T these days.

So far, this is the most productive year I have ever had in terms of my fiction. I've really gotten into a good routine and my word counts are piling up. Love that!

Somehow, I also managed to write what seemed like a bajillion articles last month. Gotta pay the bills somehow, right?

I am also ~this~ close to launching Bloody Bookish. I’ve had some of the reviews/posts written for a few weeks now, I’ve just been coding and getting the site as bloody as possible for readers to enjoy. Once I launch, it won’t be such a chore and I can enjoy posting. And reading!

Look out though. I may be hitting some of you up for guest blogs/featurettes. You've been warned!

All in all, I’m pretty happy with where things are — and I’m knocking on wood so they stay that way.

  1. Summer’s supposed to be lazy, but we’re all running around like the proverbial decapitated chicken, aren’t we? I can’t wait to see bloody bookish, though. I like the little placeholder graphic — it’s both cute and creepy!

    How appropriate.

    1. Yeah, you’d think we’d all be lazing in hammocks drinking Gin – but I guess we’ve also all learned to strike while the iron is hot.

  2. Cute & creepy – just like us!
