An Excerpt from “Unrequited”

Memories of you come to me
in pieces scattered and skewed,
a fragmentation of those endless hours of perfection
we spent together

READER REVIEWS

I have purchased all of these, and Volume 5 is my favorite. So rich, lush, and filled with gothic darkness. Just about every poem is a favorite, but some really stand out to me-Once Upon a Nightmare by J.A. Duncan, Premature by A. L. Garcia, and the Death of Devotion by Desideria Mesa. I find myself searching to see if these poets have stand-alone books (hint, hint, please create one). All in all, a wonderful anthology of beautiful, dark poetry. Did not disappoint.
