I've had a penpal since seventh grade. We've kept in contact, first writing letters then via email every few weeks. Yesterday, I emailed him to check-in and see how his wedding plans are going.<\/p>\n
He mentioned he had checked out my website, and told me to send him some of my writing, as his fiance works for a smal publishing house.<\/p>\n
I nearly passed out…literally fell off my chair!<\/p>\n
I'm into the part of The Artist's Way that talks about synchronous events, that when you put your dreams out there, the universe often answers them.<\/p>\n
I just can't help but think of it than more than coincidence. All along, he's known I was a writer.<\/p>\n
But now, when I'm taking that chance again, at realizing my dreams, a door has swung open.<\/p>\n
