All Wrapped Up

So my entry for the Postcard Story Competition is signed, sealed and (nearly) delivered. It's going into the mail tomorrow.  I'm not sure if it is exactly what they are looking for, but I like it, so now that it is (almost) out of my hands, that's all that matters.

I almost forgot to include the entry fee, though. I had to open one end of the envelope and slip it in! They should definitely do away with entry fees for writing competitions.

Heard from SQ the other day. Turns out she works across the street!  Hopefully we can hook up for lunch soon.  Along with her, ES is another friend I am sorry I lost touch with, but thanks to the magic of Facebook, I am slowly getting back in touch with people.
