The One Week Countdown Is On

With only one week left to get in on my Special Offer for new patrons (and current patrons who want to increase their monthly pledge to the $2 level), I thought I’d point out some of my free posts for those who want a little more insight into the content I share each month.

Monthly Goals – every month, I post a recap of what I tried to accomplish in the previous month, and share a new list of the things I want to tackle in the current month. It helps to keep me on track, motivated and hopefully inspire others to strive for their goals.

Breeding Ground – a series of posts where I share sources of inspiration for my fiction. This usually includes strange/weird/cool research that inspired my story. Yes, this means me often questionable browser history.

Inklings are posts where I share how I take those strange articles and create a story from it. This also includes sharing how to build a story from a seed.

Two-Sentence Stories is my newest poetry/prose feature, accompanied by an atmospheric photo that captures the mood of the piece.

Short stories & early access to chapters are another of my favorite things to post, and starting in October, my new Macabre Mail perk will feature 100-word stories handwritten and mailed to all $2 patrons. I’m VERY excited to share my first story!

I also often post extras, including free printables (usually planner-related/organizational items), sneak peeks at upcoming stories, general writing updates and a behind-the-scenes look at my life.

In the past, I have also offered Methods to My Madness, where I get specific about a problem I’m having in a short story and how I fixed it.

As you can see, I try to offer a good mix of perks – stories, poetry, ideas and inspiration. Check out my public posts to read some free content.
