Frightmarish Zine Is Up For An Award!
I’m ECSTATIC to share that Frightmarish Zine has made the shortlist for the BP Zine Awards!
Broken Pencil is the magazine of zine culture and the independent arts based here in Toronto. They’ve been around since 1995 and have been hosting the Zine Awards since 2017, as well as the Canzine Festival of Zines and Independent Print Culture, with events in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Brampton, Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Halifax, to name a few!
The BP Zine Awards ceremony is at Dundas Video in Toronto (831 Dundas St W.) on November 24th from 7 – 10 pm. The event is also going to be streamed on Twitch, so I’ll share the info when I find out more. You can find out more at bpzineawards.com
